Join us for Newton Mothers' Forum's Mothers' Night Out on Monday, February 6 from 7:00-9:00 at the Carroll Center for the Blind. Follow signs for the Technology Center for parking and to find our reserved space.

Our keynote speakers will be Newton's own Deb Elbaum, along with colleagues Amy Gay and Rachel Rice. All three are coaches who work with individuals and larger enterprises to create change and negotiate conflict/resolutions. They will be presenting a workshop "Setting Boundaries". We all have boundaries in our life with family, work, money, or self-care. When we are clear about the boundaries we set, we have the capacity to do more and are kinder to ourselves and others. Learn how to identify a boundary in your life that could be stronger. Learn an easy communication strategy to open a conversation and release emotions like fear and guilt that are getting in your way. You will leave feeling empowered!

Our Community Spotlight will feature Lori Tsuruda from People Making A Difference, which organizes meaningful, hands-on community service projects for all ages that meet local Boston-area needs.

Come hungry as we will have a catered dinner from Gustazo Cuban Restaurant & Cafe, located in Waltham.

MNOs are free for members. Non-members are welcome to attend one Mothers' Night Out at a cost of $10. Guests who join within 45 days after attending can apply the $10 fee to their membership dues. If you would like to attend as a guest, please RSVP by emailing
